The people behind
the purpose.
The Million+ Strong Initiative is led by Baskerville Squared Inc.
Baskerville Squared Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit established in March 2020. Founded by Markus Baskerville, the organization is working to expand educational opportunity through schools that support students and the people who teach them.
Our first school: ILA
Innovations Leadership Academy is a planned nonreligious private school in East Fort Worth, Texas, targeting an August 2027 opening. Our first-year plan serves kindergarten through fourth grade, with a broader model designed to grow into K–8.
We believe children deserve to be known, challenged, and supported. Teachers deserve meaningful compensation, resources, and working conditions that help them teach effectively.
Many people. One shared effort.
The initiative invites a million or more people to participate. Small annual contributions can become a powerful source of support for schools built around students, teachers, and community needs.
