A $15 million fundraising goal for our first mission in Fort Worth.
Our goal is to cover first-year tuition for participating families while funding the campus, team, programming, equipment, and services needed to launch ILA. The operating expenses below support that first year of education; tuition coverage is not an additional allocation on top of these expenses.
These are planning allocations, not amounts already raised or spent. The opening and tuition-support goals depend on securing sufficient funding and finalizing the school's arrangements.

Preparing the campus
The $1,790,000 renovation allocation will prepare the building for school use, including flooring, walls, bathrooms, classroom modifications, and other necessary improvements.
Follow the work
As the project advances, we intend to share dated fundraising updates, actual spending against planned allocations, campus developments, hiring and enrollment milestones, and explanations of significant budget changes.
After opening, we plan to report student growth and school progress while protecting student privacy. Questions about the funding plan are welcome.
