Current mission: Innovations Leadership Academy, East Fort Worth, Texas.
Children known by name
ILA plans to serve 280 students in its first year. Small classes give teachers more opportunities to understand each student, give feedback, and adjust instruction.
Teachers equipped to teach
Our planned team includes classroom teachers, certified reading and math pull-out teachers, specialty teachers, instructional coaches, and campus leadership. Competitive compensation, training, resources, and incentives are central to our approach.

Core academics will be supported by STEM, robotics, entrepreneurship, art, music, music production, physical education, field trips, and family engagement.
Our planned blended-learning rotation moves through teacher instruction, student practice, appropriate digital or AI-supported assistance, and teacher review. Technology supports learning across subjects while teachers remain responsible for instruction and assessing understanding.
NWEA MAP assessments and classroom work will help monitor growth and guide instruction. Our broader school model is designed to grow into K–8.

Future locations have not been selected. We want to hear from people who know their communities. Tell us which area needs more educational opportunities, why this model could help, and which local partners we should contact.
Suggestions will inform research. Each location needs an assessment of educational needs, facilities, partnerships, funding, and long-term sustainability.
